This is kind of relating to the Bohemian Rhapsody thread, but Magnum Opus is latin for "great work". And its used to describe epic or the best song by a group. The only one I've found thats relatively recent is Bohemian Rhapsody being a Magnum Opus of Queen. Usually the phrase deals with works by old classical composers. |
