HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) is for Food Safety Management System. HACCP principles ensure food safety by reducing the biological, chemical as well as physical hazards in the food. This system standard specifies critical control points, critical limits, and control measures to eliminate food safety hazards and to implement the FSMS performance. It inspires the food suppliers/processors to produce and provide safe, healthy food to the consumers.
